⟡ I will provide illustration services as agreed upon, including but not limited to creating original artwork and illustrations.⟡ The specific details of the project, including deliverables, deadlines, and compensation, will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties before the project commences.⟡Any changes or additions to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project timeline.⟡I hold the right to share your artwork and process with colleagues or on my stream, unless prior agreement of confidentiality.⟡ Clients agree to pay extra if they are requesting additional work in the middle of the process or request anything that wasn't discussed before I gave the final quote. The client can either give up the request or pay for it.PAYMENT⟡ All payments and prices will be discussed previously to the start of the project.⟡ First payment: 50% will be payed before starting the sketch phase and after confirming the slot acquisition.⟡ Second Payment: other 50% will be requested after approval of the sketch.⟡ Commercial fees varies from use, general price range from 100% to 200% extra of the total value. NSFW (gore) Commissions have 30% to 50% additional fees and changes depending on the project.⟡ Multiple Characters will incur on a 60% to 85% fee also depending on complexity.REVISIONS⟡ The Client will provide clear and timely feedback and approvals throughout the project.⟡ Clients are able to revise the work 3 times in the following steps: Coloured Sketch / Line art & Base colour / Rendering (finished). This equals to 9 revisions.⟡ Once a step is approved, I’ll move on to the next stage of the process. Any major changes to an already approved step (such as altering the pose after the sketch has been accepted) will require an additional fee and may extend the final delivery time, since it involves reworking previously completed work.⟡Requirements must be clear and detailed. Vague explanation will deliver unsatisfying output.

- Good example: I want the eyes slanted a bit more upwards.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY⟡ Deadlines depends on the project and will be agreed before starting it and during the process and revisions.⟡ General time schedule goes are: 1 to 1.5 weeks for the sketch and 2-4 weeks for general painting and rendering (changes depends on speed of revisions and complexity)The client will be informed if there is any delay.⟡ Feel free to ask me for updates via e-mail or Discord DM.REFUNDS⟡ No refunds after first sketch, refunds will be issued if i cant finish the project on my part.⟡ Refunds before work has been started will be a 95% cost refund. This is to cover my time reviewing, communicating, and planning that may have been started before I've begun work.⟡ The client must pay at least 10% of the final quote as a deposit to reserve a slot. This will NOT be refunded when the client decides to cancel for any reason or ghost.COMMUNICATION⟡ Please contact me via e-mail ([email protected]).⟡ Reply time can vary but is typically 24-72 hours before a reply.
